White: Dale Leroy, Truro Heights, passed away suddenly at the Colchester Regional Hospital Truro on Sunday November 18, 2012. Born in Truro on October 27, 1957 he was a son of Audrey (Creelman) White, Truro, and the late Kenneth White. Dale graduated from CEC and Dalhousie University with B. Comm. and worked with White’s Bookkeeping and has been owner for the last five years. He enjoyed sports and in his younger years was a goalie for the Broom Ball Team and also played hockey and baseball. He had many friends and enjoyed spending time with them. Dale is survived by sons, Adam, Scott (Chrissy) and Todd all of Truro; he was also a proud grandfather of his precious Logan; also survived by his mother, Audrey; brothers, Brian (Debbie, New Glasgow, Wray (Gwen), Truro Heights; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Pat (Brian) Boomer, Jimi-Jane, Cathy, David, Nick (Kathy), Debbie, Janice Verney, Beth (Jim) Totten; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Tammy and his father Kenneth. No funeral or flowers by request. Donations if you wish can be made to the family or a charity of your choice. The family would like to invite friends and family to the family home, 78 Morley Avenue, Truro Heights, on Wednesday afternoon, November 21, at 2pm for a time of remembrance.
