Peacefully, surrounded by family, at the Palliative Care Unit, Prince Edward Home, on Monday, November 19, 2012, of Mr. Philip F. Steele of Charlottetown, age 64.
Loving son of the late Pius and Hazel (nee Larkin) Steele and dear brother of Sr. Bernice Steele, CSM; Reg, Rod, Vern, Clare (Des) Fall-Steele, Bob (Valerie), Pius and Leo (Wendy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and a few grandnieces and grandnephews.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until 1:45 Thursday afternoon, then transferred to the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer for funeral mass at 2 p.m. Interment later in the family plot in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown.
If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Upper Room Hospitality Ministry.
