ALBRIGHT, NELLIE A. - It is with great sadness that the family of Nellie Audrey Albright announce her passing at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on Saturday, November 24, 2012. Born in Doaktown, NB on July 13, 1933, she was a daughter of the late Perry and Edna (MacDonald) Munn. Nellie was a faithful and active member of the United Pentecostal Church, Zealand, NB. Nellie was always ready and willing to lend a helping hand whenever she could. She was an avid reader and loved reading her Bible or having it read to her. Nellie loved and was loved by her devoted husband of 61 years, Clifford M. Albright of Scotch Settlement. She will be greatly missed by her daughter Diane of Nasonworth and sons Gerald (Lorraine) of Fort McMurrray, Alberta and Doug (Bonnie) of Boiestown. She leaves behind 11 grandchildren, Kim Haines (Peter), Joanie Storey (Conrad), Kirby Albright (Amanda), Julie Herrington (Trustin), Lois Stewart (Kevin), Laura Munn (Mike), Melissa Duplessis (Donald), Michelle Wagner (Jackson), Lesley O’Leary (Matt), Kristen Storey (Adam) and Joshua Albright (Chelsea); 30 great grandchildren; three sisters, Marie Morton (Late James) of Oromocto, Dolly McCoy (late LeRoy) of Fredericton and Ruth Price (Wavell) of Priceville; three brothers, Nelson Munn (Marlene) of Fredericton, Maurice Munn (Barb) of Durham and Joe Munn (Helen) of Fredericton; a sister-in-law Jeanette Munn of Alberta; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Nellie was predeceased by her parents; a son Perry (1960); a sister Alice Yerxa and a brother Sandy Munn.
The family will receive condolences at the United Pentecostal Church in Zealand on Tuesday, November 27 from 2 to 4 PM and 7 to 9 PM. A celebration of Nellie’s life will be held from the church on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Donald McCarty officiating assisted by Rev. Fred Wickett. Interment to follow in the Scotch Settlement Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Conrad Storey, Peter Haines, Kevin Stewart, Josh Albright, Evan Haines and Reuben Storey. Honorary Pallbearers will be Kirby Albright, Adam Storey and Donald Duplessis. The family has suggested that memorial contributions be sent made to The United Pentecostal Church, Zealand, NB.
