At Western Hospital, Alberton, on Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012, of Joseph "Alyre" Williams, O'Leary, aged 73, dear husband of Marjorie (Theriault). Born in Moncton, N.B., on March 21, 1939, he was the son of Freda and Sara (Chase) Williams. Dear father to Linda (Francis) Edwards, Peterborough, Ont., and father-in-law to Eric Maukonen, Jamaica. Loving grandfather to several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Alyre is also survived by his brother Fred (Ann) Williams. Brothers and sisters-in-law Janet Rose, Mill River; Henry (Bunny) Theriault, Barrie, Ont.; Freeman (Dianne) Theriault, Arizona; Stan (Barb) Theriault, Wasaga Beach, Ont.; and Jackie Theriault, Toronto. Predeceased by his parents, daughter Sandra Maukonen and sons Allen and Willie in infancy. Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O'Leary, with funeral mass at St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church on Friday, Nov. 30, at 10:30 a.m.
