DEVINE, Lois Jean – 65, of Plymouth, Yarmouth Co., passed away December 1, 2012 in Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born April 16, 1947 in Yarmouth, she was a daughter of E. Jean (Pitman) Scott and the late Lloyd Scott. Besides her mother, Lois is survived by sons, Brian Devine, Plymouth; Danny Devine, New Glasgow; brothers, Michael (Ramona) and Robert (Dawn) Scott, both of Plymouth; sisters, Linda (Tim) Patten and Louise (Austin) Surette, both of Plymouth; Sharon Jeffery, Forest Glen; grandchildren, Kyle, Galisa, Katherine and Thomas. Besides her father, she was predeceased by husband, Robert “Bobby” Devine. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Sweeny’s Funeral Home & Crematorium, Yarmouth. There was no visitation or memorial service by family request. A private family graveside service took place in Plymouth Cemetery, Rev. A.D. “Bill” Newell officiated.
