102 Years. Alice (King Payzant) Lane, of Falmouth, born April 18, 1910, in Avonport passed away November 29, 2012 at the Hants Community Hospital with her family by her side. She is survived by nine of her ten children – Frances (Robert) Parks, Lunenburg, Robert Payzant, Alberta, Joan (Carl) Schofield, Eileen Boylan, Wile Settlement, Mary Leopold, Evelyn Patterson, Betty (Milton) Schofield, Alfred (Doreen) Payzant, all of Falmouth, Barbara (Roger) Miller, Alberta, daughter-in-law Ethel Payzant, Falmouth. Step-children: Mary Lane, Windsor, Joey and Peter Lane, Ann Thomas of Hantsport. She was predeceased by her first husband, Joel Payzant, Wilfred Lane and her son Joel Jr. Payzant. Her funeral was held at Centre Falmouth Cemetery on December 8, 2012. Many thanks go out to all those who cared for her. She enjoyed and appreciated all of them.
