Entered into eternal life at McAuley Convent, on December 23, 2012 Sister Mary Corona Reardon, age 97 years. Predeceased by her parents, Albert and Theresa (Penton), and seven brothers and sisters, Philomena, Mary, Irene, Gregory, Bridget, James and Lambert. She will be fondly remembered by her Religious Congregation, the Sisters of Mercy, her brother, Ronald, her nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. Waking at McAuley Convent, 250 Waterford Bridge Road, St. John’s, from 1:00 – 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 26, and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 27. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, December 27, at 2:00 p.m. at Corpus Christi Parish Church, Waterford Bridge Road, with interment to follow at the Sisters of Mercy plot in Belvedere Cemetery.
