Calvert, Kenneth “Ken” George, 67, of Vaughans, Hants County, passed away on Saturday, December 29, 2012 in the Hants Community Hospital, Windsor, with his wife by his side. Born on December 12, 1945 in Montreal. He was the son of the late Norman and Margaret (Ross) Calvert. After the passing of Ken’s mother, Margaret, he was raised by Norman and his second wife, Anne. Ken retired from the Royal Bank having worked in Montreal, Toronto and Nova Scotia. Surviving are his wife, Joanne; son, Craig (Alana), Ontario; daughter, Cindy Calvert, Montreal; grandchildren, Noah, Joshua and Morgan; sisters, Barbara Mitchell, Montreal; Cathy Calvert (Steve), Ontario. Predeceased by son, Kenny; sisters, Patsy, and Bev. Arrangements were under the care of Lindsay's Windsor Funeral Home, 104 King Street, Windsor. Memorial service will be held at a later date.
