The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, of Anthony Hippenstall of Summerside, aged 79 years. Born in Summerside, he was the son of the late James and Liza (Arsenault) Hippenstall. Lovingly remembered by his wife Noreen (White) Hippenstall; children Marlene Dixon; David Hippenstall; Donna Hippenstall (Ricky); Paul Hippenstall (Annette); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers Bobby Hippenstall and Tony Hippenstall. Predeceased by his son-in-law Elmer Dixon; and by brothers and sisters Edward, Doris, Elizabeth, Daisy, Wilburt and Mary “Nini”. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, until Saturday, then to St. Paul's Church, Summerside, for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment in St. Paul's Cemetery, Summerside. Visiting hours Friday from 6-9 p.m. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
