Passed away peacefully at the Health Sciences Centre on Sunday, January 6th, 2013 surrounded by family, aged 58 years. He is predeceased by his grandson Kaeden (MacIntyre), father Chesley Squires and grandparents Selena and Abraham J. Squires and Aseneth and William Rose. Leaving to mourn his darling daughter Jennifer, her husband Stan (MacIntyre) and granddaughter Anna Sophia (MacIntrye), son Trevor (Hodder), mother Annie (nee Rose), brother Glenn and sister-in-law Lee, niece Blaine and nephew Blair (fiancée Shannon Pike), a circle of relatives and friends in Old Perlican and St John’s. Resting at Hopkins Funeral Home in Old Perlican. Visitation will take place on Monday 7 -9 .pm., Tuesday noon to 9 p.m. and Wednesday 10-12 noon. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 9th, 2013 at 2 p.m. at St. Andrew’s by the Sea United Church, Old Perlican. Flowers gratefully accepted.
