Barbara Joan "Barb" aged 80 years, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at 8:15 p.m. on Thursday, January 10, 2013.

Barb was born on January 22, 1932 in Rossland, B.C. She moved to the Chilcotin region of B.C. in 1957, where she met her husband Arne, later moving to Kamloops in 1966.

Lovingly remembered by her sisters Hazel and Lu, son Harald (Sherry), daughter Ellen (Russ), grandchildren Jennifer (Craig), Jason (Tia), Kristen (Harley), Kevin, Karla and Kellie, great grandchildren Brayden, Carter, Hannah and Deegan, as well as many relatives and friends.

She was predeceased by her husband Arne, mother and father, brother George and sister Dolly.

A Funeral Service will be held at Free Methodist Church, 975 Windbreak Street on Monday, January 14, 2013 at 10:30 a.m.
