Kameron Cooke

The death occurred suddenly at the IWK Heath Centre, Halifax, on Sunday, Jan. 13, 2013, of Kameron Elwood Cooke, aged six years, cherished son of Kyle and Brittanie (Handrahan) Cooke of Springfield West. Beloved grandson of Barry (Pam) Cooke, Priscilla Handrahan and Gary Handrahan. Great-grandson of Elwood (Shirley) Cooke, Faye Hutchinson and Norma Handrahan. Nephew of Kory (Krista) Cooke, Kurtis Cooke, Darcie Handrahan, Jamie Handrahan. Kameron is also survived by numerous great-aunts, great-uncles and cousins who were very close to him. He was predeceased by his great-grandparents, Wally Hutchinson, Gerald Handrahan, Mildred (Chester) Hustler. Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O'Leary, with visitation Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Funeral will be held on Thursday in the chapel at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Springfield West Baptist Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials, in memory of Kameron, to the O'Leary Minor Hockey Association would be appreciated.
