1922- 2013
Passed peacefully away at Agnes Pratt Nursing Home on January 16th, 2013 in her 90th year, Effie Doris Flight. Predeceased by her husband Joseph (August 20th, 1988) and her daughter Inez, parents Alice and Fred Noftle, brothers Ralph, Guy, Stan, and Heber, sisters Sylvia, Enid, and Shirley. Leaving to mourn daughters: Thelma Diamond (Arthur), and Marjorie Richards (Victor); sisters: Pearl Baker, and Beatrice Noftle (London ON); brother Ivor (Olive); sisters-in-law: Pat Noftle (London ON), Ellen Noftle, Elaxey Noftle, Evelyn Flight (St. John’s), Myrtle Flight (Fort McMurray AB); brother-in-law Robert Flight ( Fort McMurray AB); four grandchildren: Terry, Susan, Robert (Bernice), Shelley (Doug); six great- grandchildren: Bethanee, Tyler, Jacob, Sarah, Anna, and Joseph, and special niece and caregiver Daphne Slade and a large number of nieces and nephews, many other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home 328 Hamilton Avenue on Thursday January 17th, 2013 from 7 p.m. –
