LÉGER, JULIENNE - 1922 - 2013 - Julienne Léger, 90, of Auberge du Soleil, Dieppe, NB, passed away on Thursday, January 17th, 2013, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center. Born in Dupuis Corner, NB, she was the daughter of the late Patrick and the late Annie (née: Bourque) LeBlanc. Mrs. Léger enjoyed knitting and reading. She was a member of the Club d’Âge d’Or de Dieppe and a member of Sainte-Thérèse parish. She is survived by two daughters: Irène (Francis) LeBlanc of Grand Barachois and Annette (Jacques) Goguen of Moncton; four sons: Raymond (Gisèle) of Lower Sackville, NS, David (Debbie), Roger (Denise) and Eugene (Josanne) all of Dieppe; one sister, Clara Fuhrman of Waterloo, ON; nine grandchildren: Daniel, Carol, Michel, Christian, Justin, Stéphanie, Christelle, Mélanie and Luc as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Roy in 1986; one infant son, Paul in 1957; three sisters: Claudia, Antoinette and Yvonne as well as four brothers: Léonce, Charles, Georges and Gérard.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB (857-1901) on Sunday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm ONLY. Funeral mass will be celebrated from Saint-Thérèse Roman Catholic Church, Dieppe, NB, on Monday, January 21st, 2013 at 11 am. Interment in Notre-Dame-du-Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe, NB.
