On Jan. 19, 2013, Donald Bowes died, as he lived, with the quiet strength that marked his life.
Don was a dedicated husband and father and the most wonderful Grampie a grandchild could hope for.
Don leaves to mourn his wife of 45 years, Angela (Kelly); daughter, Kelly (Wayne MacKinnon); son, Robert (Lynette); his four grandchildren, Katherine and Alexandra Bowes, Olivia and Matthew MacKinnon; as well as, his stepfather, Donald Grant.
Predeceased by his parents, Thomas Bowes and Sarah Grant and his brother, Robert.
A service to celebrate Don’s life will be held Friday, Jan. 25, 2013 from 2-4 p.m. at Central Funeral Home in Grand Falls-Windsor, Nfld.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Don’s memory to the Parkinson Society or the SPCA.
