The death occurred on Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, at Ottawa General Hospital of Julie Ann MacEachern Laporte, age 38, with her family at her side. Julie is survived by her husband, Sebastien Laporte, and daughter, Alice, Ottawa; parents, Glen and Helen MacEachern, Stratford, P.E.I.; sister, Toni (Charles) Lemon, Kitchener, Ont.; father-in-law, Andre Laporte, Montreal, PQ; grandfather Harold Linkletter, Linkletter; uncles and aunts: Keith (Ginny) MacEachern, Stratford, P.E.I.; David (Nancy) Linkletter, Linkletter; Shirley (Robert Keezer) Linkletter, Freeland; and Betty (Don) Milligan, Edmonton, AB; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. A gathering of family and friends will take place Saturday, Jan. 26, 2 p.m., at the Kelly Funeral Home, 3000 Woodroffe Ave., Barrhaven, Ont.
