Juanita Mary (Melanson) Amero, age 61, of Plympton, NS, passed away in the Digby General Hospital on January 17th, 2013. Born in Digby, she was a daughter of the late Isreal and Irene (Feindel) Melanson. In previous years Juanita enjoyed spending time in her gardens. She will be sadly missed by Son Jason, daughter-in-law Tanya and granddaughter Loghan Jayde, Oshawa, ON; brothers Lendall (Debbie) Melanson, Plympton, NS, Gary (Doug) Melanson, Oshawa, ON, Tony(Sally) Melanson, Plympton, NS; sisters Vanessa Amero, Plympton, NS and Gail (Brian) Melanson, Plympton, NS; also by many nieces and nephews. Juanita was predeceased by her husband Ernie and nephews Jody and Troy. Cremation has taken place. A visitation was held on Thursday January 24, 2013 at 10 am followed by a funeral service at 11:30 am at St. Josephs Catholic Church in Weymouth Nova Scotia, with Father Henry officiating.
