Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 in the presence of her loving family, Myrtle Smith of Chance Cove, age 83 years. Predeceased by her husband Thomas K. Smith, great-grandson Lucas Reid, parents Mary Ann and George Ryan, daughter-in-law Beverly, sisters Mildred, Ethel, Rita, brothers,Maxwell and Gordon. Leaving to mourn daughters: Donna (Larry) Morris, Hazel (David) Rowe, Maxine ( Ivan ) Anderson, Phyllis (Gus) Hipditch, Patricia (Hayward) Reid, Ruth (Steve) McIntyre, Wanda Smith; sons: Gordon (Glenda), Thomas (Debbie), David (Cindy), William (Billy) ( Tina); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; special friend Mary; friend and caregiver Angela Smith; brothers-In-law: Nathan (Laura) Smith, William (Una) Smith, Roland Smith. Also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Church of the Ascension, Chance Cove.
