1934-2012
Passed peacefully away on December 22, 2012 in the arms of her loving family at the age of 78, Marina Phillips of Paradise. Predeceased by her husband George; parents: Pearl and George Rideout; sisters: Ruth and Loretta; and brother Gerry. Leaving to mourn her loving sons: Dale (Laura) and David (Barbie) and her caregiver, best friend and daughter Debra. She also leaves behind the light of her life; her grandchildren: Tess, Alex and Ian; sister Dorothy (Dave); brother Cal; brother-in-law Jim (Helen) and all her extended family and friends. Our heartfelt thanks to RN’s Gayle Colbourne-Abbott, Trina Hatcher and all the St. Clare’s 5 East nursing staff. At Marina’s request cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Marina’s life will take place at the Fluvarium on Sunday, January 27, 2013 from
2 - 5 p.m. All family and friends are welcome, no flowers by request but donations in Marina’s memory may be made to the Salvation Army, CBS Corps.
