LeBLANC, JOSEPH JOHN - 1949 - 2013 - With deep regret, we announce the passing of Joseph John LeBlanc of St Hubert, Quebec. Loving husband, father, son and brother. John will be sadly missed by his wife of 31 years Monica "Hazel" Guiaton, his two sons Matthew and Nicholas, his mother Betty, sisters - Nancy, Deborah (Tim), Tamryn (Bruce) and Lisa, brothers -Terry (Cecile) and Mike and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. John was predeceased by infant sons Christopher and John and by his father Joseph "Joe" Leandre LeBlanc. Born March 20, 1949 in Moncton NB, John was a kind, caring person who put others before himself. He loved music and playing guitar for his family and friends. He spent many hours enjoying his record collection and loved to share this passion with others. He loved reading, travelling, sports and had a deep interest in many topics. John was employed for 41 years with CNR. As a 3rd generation railroader he began his career as a machinist apprentice while completing his Mechanical Engineering degree at St Mary's university. He worked in a number of positions across Canada and was A.V.P. Supply & Fleet Management when he died. He enjoyed his job and looked forward to work each day. John had a quick intelligence and wonderful sense of humour. Above all else, John loved his wife and sons and spending time with his family.
Visitations on Friday, February, 1st, from 10am to 1:30pm, followed by the ceremony then the burial at Mount-Royal cemetery, Outremont.
