Janice “Jan” Lee Meixner passed away peacefully with her family by her side on January 22, 2013 at the Lillooet Hospital. Janice was born on January 15, 1952 in Rosetown, SK.
She is lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her husband, Luke Meixner of Lillooet; step son, Luke (Lise) Meixner Jr. of Winnipeg, MB and their children Jeffrey and Joey; sister, Gail Paskiw of Shellbrook, SK; brother, Glen (Lynn) Westbury of Innisfail, AB; five nieces, Candice Westbury (Roberto) of Airdrie, AB, Krista (Tyler) Hirsche of Innisfail, AB and their children Trenton and Jocelyn, Stacey (Doug) Collins of Bon Accord, AB and their children, Garrett, Gavin and Jaeren and Carma (Shawn) Smith of Shellbrook, SK and their children Logan and Hunter and Anita McLean (Colin) and children Evan and Gabrial; nephews Steven (Janette) Brunton of Victoria B.C and their children Hayden and Isobel, Quinn Meixner(Richelle) and their children Elijah, Taryn, and Jaris; two aunts, Betty Dyer of Calgary, AB and Dorothy Hendry of Swift Current, SK; uncle Alan (Tilly) Dyer of Penticton, BC; brother in law, Jerry Meixner (Val) of Merritt, BC as well as an extended family of cousins.
Jan was predeceased by her parents, Clifford and Laura Westbury (nee Dyer).
