It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Buddy (Dan) on Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013 at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney, surrounded by his family.
Buddy was born on Sept. 22, 1936 to Daniel Alexander and Mary Virginia (MacRae) Hill, Belmoral, Richmond County.
He was the last surviving member of his family and was predeceased by siblings, Roseanne and Vernon in infancy, Roseanne, Vernon, Gordon, Angus, Mary and Emelean.
Cremation has taken place.
There will be no visitation and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
