Helen Bruno, a resident of Harbourstone Enhanced Care, formerly Reeves Street, Sydney, passed away Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013.
Born in Sydney, she was the daughter of the late Dennis and Eva (Lowther) Peters.
Helen was a member of St. Augustine’s parish, Grand Lake Road and a life member of the CWL.
She is survived by one nephew.
Helen was predeceased by her husband, Anthony ‘Tony’ in 1979; a brother and nephew.
Visitation will take place at Sydney Memorial Chapel on Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at St. Theresa’s Church on Monday 10 a.m., with Rev. James Oliver officiating. Interment in St. Theresa’s Cemetery.
