Passed in: Armed Forces Americas, United States

Nancy Kathleen Morton It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Nancy Kathleen Morton (Nee Spence) in Denver Colorado.

Born in Sandy Point, NS on October 20, 1959 she was a daughter of Ernie and Renovia Spence, Springhill.

Nancy was the bravest and strongest of clowns and her quick wit made her the life of the party and she made the party her life. She worked and lived in Amherst NS/Sackville NB for Atlantic Wholesalers for many years, which is where she met the love of her life. when Nancy's health began to deteriorate they decided to move to Colorado to help ease her pain. She became to love the mountains as much as she loved the ocean but the salt water was in her veins and she did miss the sand between her toes and the beach glass in her pocket.

She will be worshiped in death as she was worshiped in life by her loving husband of 14 years, Robert Morton, Denver CO, formerly of Pictou County and Sackville, NB; in addition to her parents, she is also survived by her loving siblings Mike Spence (Gail) Truro, Susan Mattix (Daniel) River Phillip, Sherry Sampson(Paul) Springhill, Virginia Spence (John Burke) Amherst and many Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews who Nancy cherished one and all.

Nancy will also be missed by her "Boys" Oj and Jo. If you knew Nancy you knew her boys. They were her life and they would like any donations to be made to the SPCA or your favorite Animal Shelter.

Cremation has taken place. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to A. H. Brown Funeral Home, 5 McFarlane Street, Springhill, (902 597 2361). she will be traveling with Robert to Springhill, NS for a visitation and a Celebration of Life Service both to be announced at a later date. Nancy will then continue to travel with Robert until the soul mates will be re-united
