Nicholson, Arthur Raymond Jr. – 66, North River passed away peacefully on February 20, 2013 surrounded by his family in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in Antigonish, he was the son of Rita (DeCoste) and the late Arthur Raymond Nicholson Sr. He worked in sales for many years. Art was one who loved his family, friends and the simpler things in life, always heading to the “camp” whenever and as often as he could. He will be sadly missed by family, friends and all who knew him. Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife, Maureen (Keay); daughters, Angela (Carl) Hausman, Lower Sackville, Beth (Chris) LeBlanc, Jasper, Alta.; son, Andrew (Crystal Daniel), Lloydminster, Sask.; sisters, Diane Michaud (John), Carol (Sandy) Robertson, Marie (Tim) Devane, Margaret Nicholson (Bruce); brother, Joe; grandchildren, Faith, Owen, Gage, Cache, Claire; as well as aunts, uncles, in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, February 23 from 2-4 pm in Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow Street, Truro.
