It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather on Saturday, February 16, 2013, aged 76 years. Retired after a 31 year career in the Armed Forces, member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Mazol Shriner's, Gander Masonic Lodge. Cremation has taken place. Predeceased by his parents Ambrose and Elsie Cooper. Left with fond and loving memories are his loving devoted wife of 51 years Beulah (Collins); sons: David (Sharon) of St. Philip's, Aubrey (Pauline) of Grande Prairie, AB; grandchildren: Charlene (Kyle) of Kingston, ON, Bryan (Stacey) of Sexsmith, AB, Carolyn, Heather and Benjamin of St. Phillip's; twin great-granddaughters: Claire and Elsie Muckosky of Kingston, ON; brother Aubrey (Jessie) of Gander; sisters: Nita Crocker and Marie (Fred) March of Green's Harbour; sisters-in-law: Voira (Sam) Batt of Corner Brook, Betty Collins of Pasadena; brother-in-law Terry Collins (Dorothy) of Pynn's Brook. Also a large circle of extended family and friends. Rested at Stacey's Funeral Home, Gander. Funeral service was held Wednesday, February 20, at 3:30 p.m. at St. Martin’s Anglican Cathedral, Gander.
