1934-2013
Peacefully, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, with his family by his side, the passing of William Clayton Bell of Mill River East, on February 22, 2013.
He is survived by his wife Cheryl (nee Rogers); his children, Nancy (Scott) Hamill, David (Tracy) Bell and Michael (Tessa Buchanan) Bell; his grandchildren, Shelby Hamill and Colin Bell; his brother, Erison (Carol) Bell; brother-in-law, Orville (Mary Lou) Rogers; sisters-in-law, Nadine Howard, Debby Rogers and Colleen (Terry) MacLeod; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Russell and Isabel (Inman) Bell; his in-laws, Coleridge and Dorothy (Dalton) Rogers; his sister, Muriel McKay; and his brothers, Earl and Malcolm Bell.
Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home, Alberton. Visiting hours Sunday, February 24, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral will be Monday afternoon at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Alberton, for funeral mass at 2 p.m., Rev. Chris Sherrin, celebrant.
In lieu of flowers, because of a serious allergy, donations to the West Prince Caring Cupboard will be gratefully accepted. The family kindly asks that visitors refrain from scents. Gratitude.
