It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mary Duhart announce her passing on Friday, January 29th, 2010 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook at the age of 86 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband of 66 years Hubert; children: Brenda (Larry) Clarke, Ontario, Doris Gurski, Ontario, Wayne, Ontario, Myra Anderson (Neil MacArthur), Corner Brook, Anthony \"Tony\" (Joanne), Massey Drive and Ona (Ian) Robertson, Calgary; 16 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; sister Marie (Roy) Simon, Ontario; sister-in-law Una Hutchings, Corner Brook; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her son Darryl, daughter-in-law Elizabeth, son-in-law Wilson Anderson, parents Bernard and Hannah Quann, brothers Mike, Bernard, Sam and Martin Quann, sisters Alice Gaudon and Julia Cormier, sister-in-law Madelyn Mason. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Sunday and Monday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, February 2nd at 2:00 PM from the Cathedral of the Most Holy Redeemer, Mount Bernard Avenue with Monsignor Edwin Gale officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
