Passed peacefully away at the Leonard A. Miller Centre on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 after a brief illness at the age of 81 years. Predeceased by her parents Harry and Mae Crane. Leaving to mourn her loving husband, Augustus (Gus) Mahon; sisters: Gwen Harper (George-deceased), Jean Maher (Len), Donna James (Boyd), Helen Crane (Albert), Gayle Olexa (Richard); brothers: Kevin Crane (Betty), Fred Crane (Violet), Jack Crane (Hanora), Harry Crane (Rosalind); brothers-in-law: Frank Mahon (Margret) Ron, Leo (Harriet) John; sisters-in-law: Dolly and Bernice. Also leaving to mourn special Aunt Olive Reardon and a large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road with visitation on Thursday, March 21 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and on Friday, March 22 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Funeral service to take place from St. Mary the Virgin Church, Craigmillar Avenue on Friday, March 22, 2013 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road.
