McLELLAN, Patricia Elizabeth (nee Jones)
April 21, 1947 – March 14, 2013

On March 14, 2013, our mom, Patricia Elizabeth McLellan of Christopher Lake, SK (formerly of Spruce Grove AB and Calgary AB), passed away suddenly at the age of 65.

Pat lived a full life with her husband Bob and her three boys Bruce, Dave, and Jeff. Born and raised in Calgary, she spent much of her life raising her family in Spruce Grove, finally settling in Christopher Lake for her retirement. During her life, Pat was a loving mother and wife, raising three rambunctious boys, a hard-working entrepreneur, building a successful clothing business “Patricia Fashions”, and a dedicated gardener, beginning a U-Pick Saskatoon Berry picking operation. In her retirement, she loved the role of being a grandmother, often knitting sweaters, scarves, and mittens, or sewing homemade quilts. We will miss our mom forever, and we hope she rests peacefully.

Pat is survived by her husband of forty-two years, Bob; three sons and daughters-in-law, Bruce and Heather, Dave and Christina, and Jeff and Anita; seven grandchildren, Henry, Molly, Ryan, Lauren, Erik, Thomas and Anja. She is also survived by a sister Bev Monro; a brother Doug Jones (Carol) and their families.

A Celebration of Pat’s life will be held at St. Christopher’s Anglican Church in Christopher Lake, SK on Monday, March 25, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. A celebration was also held in Calgary, AB on Tuesday, March 19, 2013. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made directly to Calgary Health Trust – Peter Lougheed Centre, Intensive Care, Suite 800, 11012 MacLeod Trail S.E., Calgary, AB T2J 6A5, Telephone: (403)943-0615, www.thetrust.ca.
