WAGNER: Mrs. Rose Marie Wagner (Bulbeck) passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at the Palliser Regional Care Centre with family by her side. Rosa Marie Mueller was born on May 5, 1923 in Southey, SK. Rose was the oldest Child and only daughter of Alois and Pauline. Rose was raised in Regina and briefly moved to Toronto with her best friend, Lena. Mom met Ernest Wagner and were united in marriage in 1948. Rose and Ernie moved to Swift Current where they raised their seven children. Rose was very active in the Catholic Church until her failing health. However she remained a standing member of the CWL for 52 years. Rose was a stay at home mom and a wonderful babysitter to many others. Mom spent her spare time (when she had some) cooking, sewing, knitting and crocheting for her children and grandchildren. Rose also enjoyed a good game of cards, bingo and crosswords. Ernie passed away in 1976 and left mom to raise her three youngest children. Mom met Art Bulbeck and were united in marriage in 1988. They enjoyed 11 years of dancing, cards and laughs. Rose was predeceased by her first husband, Ernest; second husband, Art; her brother, Al; and numerous brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Rose is survived by her seven children: Dave (Wanda), Ruth (Rick), Tom (Lynn), Wally (Marg), Cindy (Terry), Gloria (Stan) and Carol; her youngest brother, Wally (Phyllis); step-son, John (Louise); 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Art (Fran); sister-in-law, Irene; and numerous nieces and nephews. The Funeral service was held on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at Christ The Redeemer Roman Catholic Church. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
