In Charlottetown, surrounded by his loving family, on May 3, 2013, the death occurred of Rev. Frank R. Gosbee, age 95 years. Born June 15, 1917 in Murray River, he was the son of the late Alexander and Catherine (nee MacLean) Gosbee. Survived by his loving daughters Rosemary (Lockard) Hiltz, and Rebecca Gosbee; grandchildren Rick, Cindy, Beth, Leanne, Tim, Andrea, Jon, and Katie; 15 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Aside from his parents he was pre-deceased by his wife Rose (nee White); and seven brothers and sisters. Resting at Ferguson-Logan Montague Funeral Home where visiting will be held Sunday, May 5 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be Monday, May 6 at 3 p.m. in the Memorial United Church, Murray River. Interment will be in the Murray River Cemetery. Donations to the Memorial United Church Building Fund or the Canadian Legion would be greatly appreciated by the family.
