It is with great sadness the family of Edgar R. Broydell of Burin Bay Arm announces his passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Center on May 20th at the age of 79 years.
Leaving to mourn wife Madeline; sons Barry of St. John's and Clarence (Cathy) of Paradise; daughters Bonny Burke (Grant) of ON, Doreen Snow (Steven) of St. John's and Nancy Broydell of BC; 9 grandchildren; sisters Jean Roberts (Lou) of St. John's and Peggy Smallwood (Malcolm) of BC plus a large circle of other family and friends.
Predeceased by sister Betty Hollett.
Rev. Donna Lovelace officiated Funeral Service from Bethany United Church, Burin Bay Arm on Wednesday, May 22nd at 2PM.
Pall Bearers were Clarence Broydell, Abe Rideout, Max Hodder, Lloyd Smith, Bill Inkpen and Steve Snow.
