Emily passed away peacefully at the age of 81 on June 10, 2013, surrounded by the love of her family.

She is predeceased by her beloved husband of 55 years, Michael.

Emily will be greatly missed and forever cherished in the hearts of her children Stephen (Brenda), Diane (Tim) and Nancy; her grandchildren Nicola (Carol), Luke (Grace), Nathan (Tara), Emily-Sarah, Mackenzie (Sherry), Riley, Rachel (Dale), Axel and Erica; her great-grandchildren Addison and Avery Mutcher and Ari Aulin; nieces, nephews, her extended family and dear friends.

The family would like to acknowledge the love and care shown towards Emily by Dr. Newmarch and the staff at the Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Memorial Hospice Home. A special mention to Lara Dixon for her immediate compassion and call to action.

In Emily's memory, a Celebration Tea will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2013 in the Recreation Room at Ponderosa Place, 421 Columbia Street, Kamloops, B.C. anytime from 12 noon-3:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Kamloops Hospice Association.

In accordance with their wishes, our parents' ashes will be spread in the hills above Barnhartvale, where they spent so many wonderful hours together riding their horses.
