It is with great sadness that the family of the late Yvonne LeRoux announce her passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital on Monday, July 1st, 2013 at the age of 73 years. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband Brian, one son Leon (Colleen) LeRoux in Stephenville, three daughters: Venece (Walter) Biggin in Daniel’s Harbour, Pamela (Cyril) Bennett in Stephenville Crossing, Paula LeRoux (Frederick) in Stephenville, also leaving to mourn are her two brothers: Kevin (Marie) Bennett in St.Paul’s, Matthew (Nina) Bennett in Corner Brook, her seven sisters: Pauline (Raymond) Ryan in Codroy Valley, Bernadette (Gordon) LeRoux in Stephenville, Monica Avelino (Merrell) in Ontario, Rita (Albert) Coles in Savage Cove, Nora Colbourne in St. Paul’s, Christina (Larry) Barnes and Jane (Ralph) Crewe all in Labrador, twelve grand children, eight great grand children and a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Stanley and Flora Bennett, her brother Jerome, her sister Vivian and her grandson Mark. Visitation will take place on Tuesday from 7-9 and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 at Russell’s Funeral Home. 57 Prince Rupert Drive in Stephenville. Funeral services will take place on Thursday July 4th 2013 at 10 a.m. from St. Stephen’s Parish on West Street in Stephenville, with interment in the Hillside Interfaith Cemetery on the Hansen Highway. As expressions of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made to the Scleroderma Society of Canada in Yvonne’s memory.
