WEAVER, ELMER - It is with heartfelt sadness, the family of Elmer Weaver of Kingston, NB, husband of Darquise (Stewart) Weaver, announces his passing on Wednesday, July 31, 2013, at Saint John Regional Hospital. He was born July 28, 1927 in Cold Creek, NB, son of the late Thomas and Gertrude (Barton) Weaver. Elmer was a member of the International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators and Asbestos workers Local 95, Trinity Church, Kingston and was a volunteer at Dr. V. A. Snow Centre. He is survived by his daughter Robin (Francis Oliver) Morrison of St. Catherines, ON and son Lamont (Janet) Weaver of Toronto, ON. He was predeceased by four brothers Sandy, Thomas, Walter and Harold and five sisters Olive, Isabelle, Mabel, Violet and Pauline.
He is resting at Reid’s Funeral Home (506-832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, NB, with visiting on Friday, August 2, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. Funeral service will be held from Trinity Church, Kingston, NB at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 3, 2013. Interment in All Saints Cemetery, Clifton Royal.
