SAMUEL, ANDREW JOHN - 1948 - 2013 - Andrew Samuel, of Moncton, NB passed away at his residence, on Tuesday, August 13, 2013. Born in New Waterford, Cape Breton, NS he was the son of the late Robert and Margaret (Hinchey) Samuel. Andrew was retired from the Canadian Armed Forces and worked as a commissionaire after his retirement. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #6. Survived by his wife Elizabeth; son Andrew (Jennifer); two daughters Erin (Bernie) and Dianne (Norm LeBlanc) all of Moncton NB.; sisters Carol Anne, Gwen, Mary, Jean, and PJ; brothers David, Myles, Richard and Barry, also by grandchildren Alexander, Katrina, Jack and Jake. Besides his parents he was predeceased by one brother Robbie.
Visitation will be held at the Riverview Funeral Home on Friday, August 16, 2013 from 7:00pm until 9:00pm. The Legion Branch #6 will be holding a memorial service at 6:30pm. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Riverview Funeral Home, 214 Pine Glen Rd. on Saturday, August 17, 2013 from 2:00 pm until 4:00pm In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
