Passed peacefully away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre, Burin, NL, on Tuesday, August 20, 2013, GLORIA OSBORNE, of Little Bay East, NL, in her 58th year. Leaving to mourn her loving husband Keith, Little Bay East, daughter Karen Fewer (Mark), Torbay, grandson Benjamin, and mother Maisie Dominaux, St. Johns; brothers Freeman Pope, St. Johns, Norman Pope, Bay L’argent, and Hiram Pope, Conception Bay South, sisters Biney Hodder, St. Bernard’s, Marion Banfield, Bay L’argent, and Lisa Polaro, Boston, Mass.; and a large circle of relatives and friends.

Rev. Gloria Wendover and Rev. Hubert Tucker conducted the funeral service at St. Hilda’s Anglican Church, Bay L’argent, NL, on Friday, Aug. 23, 2013 at 2:00 pm. Interment was at the United Church Cemetery in Little Bay East.

In Gloria’s memory, donations may be made to the H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation.

Pall bearers were Freeman Pope, Norman Pope, Hiram Pope, Todd Osborne, Scott Osborne, and Joshua Clarke.
