SOUTHARD, LOIS PAULINE - The death of Mrs. Lois Pauline Southard of St. George, NB occurred on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at the Passamaquoddy Lodge in St. Andrews, NB. Born on January 9, 1922, she was a daughter of the late Roy and Florence (Hawkins) Justason of Pennfield, NB. She was predeceased by her first husband, John Stewart and by her second husband, Vernon Southard. She was also predeceased by brothers Bernard and Ronald Justason. She is survived by her sister, Audrey Collet of Pennfield, NB and two sisters-in-law as well as four step-children, Alice, Mrs. George Costello of Fredericton, NB, Marilyn, Mrs. Richard Ingram of New Maryland, NB, Donald Southard (Patricia) and Ralph Southard (Kaye) both of St. George, NB as well as several step-grandchildren, step-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
At Lois’ request there will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held at the St. George Rural Cemetery, St. George, NB on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Lorne MacLeod officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Charlotte County SPCA would be greatly appreciated by the family.
