ERICKSON, LORETTA “LOLLY” (1917 - 2013) - Fredericton - Mrs. Loretta "Lolly" Erickson, 95, wife of the late Alfred Erickson, of Shannex Nursing Home, Fredericton and formerly of Bathurst, passed away Sunday (September 8, 2013) in Fredericton. Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late William and Georgina (Lavigne) Stever. She was predeceased by her husband, Alfred in 1984 and was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was a member of the Ladies Auxilary of the Herman J. Good, V.C. Br. 18 Royal Canadian Legion, Bathurst. She is survived by a sister-in-law, Marie Steever and a special nieces, Barbara Steever-Banks both of Fredericton; two grandsons: Radley and Mark (Linda); two great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Carmelita Good and a grandson, John; six brothers and one sister.
The family received relatives and friends on Friday (September 13, 2013) at Elhatton’s Funeral Home Chapel, St. George St., Bathurst, from where the Funeral service was held at 4 p.m. Donations in memory of Loretta may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
