Born in Summerside on February 26, 1962 son of Joyce (Haslam) Loo, Springfield and the late Gerrit Loo. Husband of Karen (Donovan) Loo. Father of Blake (Natalie), Hunter River; Adam, Charlottetown and Bridget, Pleasant Valley. Brother of Bill (Nancy MacDonald), Little Pond; Judy, Rome, Italy; Joyce (Mike Kelly), Pisquid; Gary (Paula), Charlottetown; Margie (Dave Bloom), Valley and Ricky of Springfield. Son-in-law of Cheryl Donovan, Sydney, Nova Scotia and the late Duncan (Buddy) Donovan. Brother-in-law of Michael Donovan, Charlottetown.
