FINNIGAN, ELLA - 1924 - 2013 - Rogersville - Ella Finnigan, 89, passed away peacefully at the Foyer Assomption of Rogersville on Tuesday, October 15th, 2013, wife of the late Léo Finnigan. Born February 21st, 1924 in Shediac, she was the daughter of the late Jules Fougère and the late Alice Clément. She is survived by two sons: Marcel (Sandra) of Miramichi, and David (Cheryl) of Rogersville; seven grandchildren: Ronnie, Denis, Chris, Mark, Kimberly, Andrea, and Lee; 13 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one daughter, Judith, and one granddaughter, Mélanie Caissie. She was the last living person of her immediate family.
The family will be receiving relatives and friends on Friday, October 18th, from 2pm, at the Salon ‘La Colombe’, 11325 Route 126 in Rogersville. Funeral service will be held at the Saint-François de Sales RC church in Rogersville, on Saturday, October 19th, at 11am. Visiting hours: Friday from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm and on Saturday from 9:30am until departure for the funeral service. Donations for La Foundation des Ami(e)s du Troisième Âge Inc. (Foyer Assomption) of Rogersville will be appreciated.
