Passed away at his home on Thursday, October 17th in Ferryland. He was born October 26, 1946. Leaving to mourn his loss: his mother Emma Jordan; his seven children: Cecelia (Lindsay), Ginny (Greg), Maurice (Melandy), Lorne (Laura), Donna (Todd), Bruce, Gerard (Lisa), and special daughter in law Corrina and granddaughter Morgan. Grandchildren: Candace, Katie, Keith, Travis, Natasha, Cora, Blake, Bradley, Brittany, Brianna, Joshua, Julia, Tayler, Tyler, Zachary, Matthew, Cierra, Desiree, Amber and Abigail. Siblings: Theresa, Bernice, Doris, Toni, Maureen, Cathy, Jeanie, Frank, Elizabeth, Wanda and Colleen. Home care worker Cynthia and his long time friend Andy Buckley. Also many nieces, nephews, and a large circle of family & friends. He was predeceased in death by one sister — Frances 1952; his father Arthur Sr. — Oct. 1, 1990; wife Pearl — Dec. 10, 2004; one brother Arthur Jr. — March 9, 2011 and his son Ambrose Jr. — May 31, 2013. Visitation will be held at Fahey’s Funeral Home in Fermeuse on Saturday, October 19 and Sunday, October 20 from 2-9 p.m. and Monday, October 21 from 9-11 a.m. Funeral services will be at Holy Trinity Church Ferryland Monday, October 21st at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.
