Peacefully at the Maplewood Manor, Alberton, with her family by her side, on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013, of Audrey Gertrude Shea, beloved wife of the late Clifford Shea, formerly of Ebbsfleet, age 89 years. Born on July 23, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Austin and Gertrude (nee O'Halloran) O' Brien. Loving mother to Arlene (John) Perry of Margate; Patricia (Cameron) Leonard of Bramford, Ont.; Ronald (Mary) of St. Louis; Austin (Audrey) of Miminegash; Claude (Noella) of Miminegash; Terry (Darlene) of Tignish; Stephen (deceased); Karen (James) Perry of Tignish; Glenda (late Robert) Aylward of Miminegash; Michael (late Kimberly) of Summerside; Cindy (Timmy) Gaudet of Norway; and Patrick (Sharon) of Oyster Bed Bridge. Lovingly remembered by her 34 grandchildren and by her 34 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sister Irene McKinnon and by three children in infancy, Dennis, Howard and Joseph. Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home, Alberton. Visiting hours Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral on Tuesday afternoon from the Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road, at 2:30 p.m. Interment in the church cemetery. As an expression of sympathy memorials to the Maplewood Manor Equipment Fund or to the Immaculate Conception Church would be gratefully appreciated.
