SEBO: Joanne Isobel Sebo, age 74, of Gull Lake, Sk. passed away October 31, 2013 at the Cypress Regional Hospital in Swift Current. A Memorial Service was held on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 2:00 pm from Knox United Church, Gull Lake with Reverend Bev Diduck officiating. Music was preformed by Millie Spagrud, Nora Rudolph and King Gin accompanied by the Knox United Church Choir. A solo was sung by Brenda Sebo. The life tribute was presented by Tom Sebo and Amber Sebo-Ring. The ushers were Ronald Broberg and Kevin Lieb. Honorary pallbearers were all who shared in her life. Joanne was born on September 23, 1939 in Gull Lake. She attended school at the Grassy Hill School. She was united in marriage to Tom Sebo on June 27, 1957 at Knox United Church in Gull Lake. Joanne worked with Sebo Construction, the Gull Lake Special Care Centre and also took care of the home and her family. She was a member of the Rebekah Lodge serving four terms of office as Noble Grand in Gull Lake. In her spare time Joanne enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Joanne is survived by her husband Tom; children Michael (Del), Paul (Joan), Gerald (Brenda) and Gale Sebo (Joanne Kadlutsiak); grandchildren Tom (Vanessa) Sebo, Vince (Shayla) Sebo, Lynnette Sebo, Keith (Tenisha) Sebo, Trisha (Tony) Walker, Amber (Shawn) Sebo-Ring, MCpl Ryan (Kelsey) Sebo, Cpl Matthew (Sarah) Sebo Darrah (Devin) Dunn and Miranda Sebo; sister Helen Kaye Broberg; sisters-in-law Margaret (Arthur) Wees, Grace Lieb and Adeline Sebo; brothers-in-law Ernie (Elizabeth) Sebo, Val Sebo and John Sebo, as well as 22 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Helmer and Ellen Trostem; brothers June Trostem and Robert Trostem; sister Coylia Broberg; mother and father-in-law Michael and Julia Sebo; brothers-in-law Frank Broberg, Wes Broberg and Tony Lieb; sisters-in-law Irene Gulka and Thelma Trostem; nephew Raymond Trostem and niece Roseanne Trostem Joanne will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by her family and friends. In her memory, memorial donation may be made to the Gull Lake and District Road Ambulance Fund or the Saskatchewan Lung Association. Warren's Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
