Passed peacefully away at the Central Newfoundland Health Care Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor on Saturday, November 9, 2013, Mr. Rickey Ignatius John, age 50 years of Conne River. Leaving to mourn his loving family: daughter, Tiffany at Conne River; mother, Mrs. Corsina John at Conne River; sisters, Cecilia Giles (Frank) at PEI, Lorraine Sostakas (John) at Conne River, Jackie Leclaire (Keith) at Kahnawake, Que, and Lisa John (Berkley) at Conne River; brothers, Philip John, Harry (Philomena), Ivan (Debbie) all at Conne River, Gerard (Lisa) at Milltown, David (Jackie), Calvin (Wanda) and Kevin all at Conne River; special uncle, Wilfred John at Conne River; plus a number of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and other relatives and friends.
Predeceased by his father, Gordon John, sister, Julia and brother, Jerome.
Funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 2:00 pm from St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church in Conne River with Father Edward Brophy officiating. Interment followed at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Conne River.
