GOULD, ALFRED - Alfred Jeremiah Gould of Campbellton, passed away on November 13th, 2013 at the Georges Dumont Hospital in Moncton, NB following a short battle with cancer. Born May 25th, 1938 in Dalhousie, NB, he was the son of the late John Henry Gould and Elisabeth Elsliger. Alfred came from a family of three brothers and three sisters. He is survived by his sister Lillian, his brother Allan, his loving wife Jacqueline and his five sons David (Gisèle), Brian (Marie José), Robert (Jodi), Alfred, Patrick (Lynne) and 10 grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brothers John Leonard and Billy and by his two sisters Elizabeth and Patsy.
There will be a viewing 1 hour at the church before mass. The funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Snows Church Campbellton on Saturday at 11:00 am. Interment will be at Maher’s Columbarium Campbellton. In memory of Alfred, a contribution to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
