Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Tuesday, December 17, 2013, Rita Power (nee Bennett), aged 88 years. Predeceased by her husband James (Jim) in 1998. Leaving to mourn her sons Dave (Sandra) and Ed (Sharon); grandchildren Cathy (Barry) and Chris (Cheryl); great-grandchildren Vincent and Michael; sister Eileen Mason; twin brother Ed (Mary) as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews and good friends. Special thanks to the doctors and nursing staff of 7 East, St. Clare's Mercy Hospital. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, 84 LeMarchant Road. Visitation to take place on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.. Funeral Mass will take place from St. Teresa's Parish on Friday, December 20, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. with interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
