The death occurred at Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Thursday, December 26, 2013, of Margaret Enid Williams of Park Hill Place, Summerside, aged 86, wife of the late Orrin Williams. Born in North Gower, ON, on July 24, 1927, daughter of the late Peter and Mary (nee MacRae) MacGibbon. Dear mother to Peter, Emyvale; Malcolm "Mac" (Nancy), Banff, AB; and Jayne (Steven) Sutherland, Beaumont AB. Loving grandmother to Tyler (Tammy), Matthew (Elaine), and Daniel (Erin) Williams, Sarah and Melissa Sutherland and great-grandmother to Chancelor, Iaan and Elliet.
Also survived by a sister-in-law Mary Illott, Summerside, along with several nieces and nephews. Margaret was predeceased by her parents, husband (September 21, 2003) and brother Donald. Resting at the Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel, Tyne Valley, with visiting hours on Tuesday, Dec. 31, from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the funeral service in the chapel at 2 p.m.
Interment will take place in the St. John's Anglican Church Cemetery, Ellerslie, in the spring. In memory of Margaret, memorials to the P.E.I. Autism Society or St. John's Anglican Cemetery would be appreciated.
