(April 30, 1957 - December 24, 2013) Passed peacefully away on Tuesday, December 24, in the presence of his devoted soul mate, Doris Power and son, Christopher, Kenneth Joseph Hickey, aged 56 years of O'Donnell's, St. Mary's Bay. Predeceased by his father Robert, and siblings: Irene, Sarah, Ernie & Mary. Left to mourn, with fond and loving memories, Doris, and son Christopher (Clarissa) and granddaughter, Sophie, mother, Sarah, Doris's parents, Joe & Elizabeth Power, sisters: Helen (Clarence), Debbie (Ricky), brothers: Jerome (Selma), Robert (Georgina), Hubert (Lucille) , Benedict (Sherri), Don, Basil (Lou Ellen) & Leonard (Phyllis), and a large circle of extended family and friends. At Ken's request cremation has already taken place. Visitation at Queen of the Holy Rosary Church, Admiral's Beach, St. Mary's Bay on Thursday, January 2, 2014 from 12 noon to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10 am on Friday, January 3, 2014. Inurnment will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, O'Donnell's.
